1. Introduction

Welcome to VentureLaw. Our office is located at 301 Front Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 2T6, Canada. Business ID: 307509417. Accessing or using VentureLaw services at venturelaw.club signifies your agreement to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Offerings

VentureLaw provides three categories of offerings: legal services for entrepreneurs (“Legal Services”), digital informational materials (“Digital Product”), and branded merchandise (“Merchandise”). These Terms govern all categories.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due in full at the time of order confirmation. VentureLaw supports the payment methods displayed during checkout. Failure to complete a payment will result in suspension of order processing.

4. Scheduling and Rescheduling

For Legal Services, scheduling is subject to availability. Clients may reschedule consultations at least 24 hours before the planned time without additional charge. Requests received less than 24 hours before a session may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Cancellations and Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Legal Services

Clients may cancel Legal Services up to 72 hours before a scheduled session. Approved cancellations will receive reimbursement of the corresponding fees, less any administrative charges incurred by VentureLaw. Reimbursement will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method. Cancellations made within 72 hours of a session are not eligible for reimbursement due to resource commitments.

5.2 Digital Product

Digital Products become accessible immediately upon purchase. Due to instant availability and unrestricted access, Digital Products are not eligible for reimbursement once access details have been delivered. Clients are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before purchase.

5.3 Merchandise

Clients may ship Merchandise back within 15 days of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging. To initiate a shipment, contact our support team via contact form. Upon inspection and approval, reimbursement of the purchase price, minus original shipping expenses, will be processed within 21 days via the original payment method. Clients are responsible for shipping costs except in cases where Merchandise is found defective or incorrect.

6. Use Restrictions

Clients must not use VentureLaw materials or services for unlawful acts. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use of Digital Products and Merchandise is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VentureLaw’s total liability arising from or relating to these Terms or use of any offering shall not exceed the amount received by VentureLaw from the client for the specific offering in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
